Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Domino's in digital spaces, responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy. You will create engaging content that resonates with our followers, drives brand awareness, and converts engagements into sales. Your mission will encompass:
- Building and maintaining the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Engaging with our online community through comments, messages, and interaction strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to implement campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Creating compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand recognition, and ultimately sales.
- Content Creation: Craft original content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Community Management: Foster a positive community online by engaging with fans and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and fully integrated digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a brand or agency.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and improve performance.
